Exchange Policy
Blue Angel Arts, LLC views exchanges as a 2-part process: a return and a replacement, and does not consider the replacement of missing or undelivered products to be an exchange of products. Below are our guidelines for exchanging products:
- Blue Angel Arts, LLC will offer to exchange products of equal or lesser value to customers at its sole discretion and reserves the right to determine the value, quantity, frequency, and terms of product exchanges.
- Newly selected products being exchanged for returned products will not be sent to customers until the terms of the Return Policy are met for eligible returned item(s).
- When a customer is offered an exchange, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping for the product.
- If the customer has been issued a store credit for an exchange, and applies the store credit during checkout, the customer is responsible for paying any outstanding balance to receive the new product(s).
- Blue Angel Arts, LLC reserves the right to bar customers found to be abusing the return policy to exchange older products for newly released products.
