Return Policy

As Blue Angel Arts, LLC is a California business state law requires the display of a retailer's return policy in absence of a 7-day return. However, Blue Angel Arts recognizes the challenges this can have on its customers as distance and delivery time often make a 7-day timeframe extremely challenging. In recognition of our customers busy lives, we provide a 30-day return policy, below.

Initiating the Return Process

The Customer initiates the return process by contacting the Blue Angel at blueangel@blueangelarts.com within 7-days after the delivery date of the product, and providing their name, invoice number, telephone number, product being returned, and reason for return. The customer requesting the return must be the purchaser of the product(s).

Return Policy & Process

Blue Angel Arts, LLC will accept returns from customers up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to the customer.

The customer must initiate the return process within 7 calendar days after the delivery date of the product(s). The customer must arrange delivery of products to the address communicated via email response from Blue Angel Arts, LLC. The customer will pay the cost for returning the product(s).

The returned product(s) must be received by Blue Angel Arts, LLC within 30 calendar days after the product(s) was/were initially delivered to the customer.

Blue Angel Arts, LLC will determine refund or store credit eligibility of returned product(s) within 7 calendar days after the delivery date of the returned product(s).

Blue Angel Arts, LLC will communicate return policy determination to the customer within 7 calendar days after the delivery date of the returned product(s) - any refunds or store credits warranted will be issued/initiated within the same timeframe.

Blue Angel Arts, LLC reserves the right to bar individual customers abusing the return policy from returning products at its sole discretion.

Return Policy Determination(s)

Product(s) returned and eligible for a refund.

Blue Angel Arts, LLC will issue a refund, to the account that originally made the transaction, in the amount of the product charge amount plus the original delivery charge and tax amounts. 

If more than one product, and not all products, is returned and eligible for a refund, Blue Angel Arts, LLC will refund the total charge for the products being returned plus prorated shipping and tax amounts. 

Product(s) returned and eligible for a store credit.

Blue Angel Arts, LLC will issue a store credit in the amount of the product charge amount(s) less a $15 restocking fee to the customer that purchased the product(s).

Product(s) returned and not eligible for a store credit or refund.

Blue Angel Arts, LLC will not issue store credits or refunds for returned product(s) not eligible for a store credit or refund. Blue Angel Arts, LLC will return product(s) not eligible for refunds or store credits at its own expense.

Eligibility for Refund

Returned products are eligible for a refund when the returned product meets the following requirements:

  • Tags and instructions originally affixed to, or provided in, the product and/or product packaging and are still on and/or with the product.
  • The product has not been used and/or washed and/or dried and/or ironed.
  • The product is returned with the original product packaging and a copy of the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • The return process was initiated within 7 days after the date the product was delivered to the customer.
  • The customer provided Blue Angel Arts, LLC a delivery carrier's tracking number for the product(s) being returned.
  • The customer followed the return process.

Eligibility for Store Credit

Returned products are only eligible for a store credit when the returned product meets eligibility for refund requirements and at least one of the following requirements:

  • The product is being returned due to customer incorrect size selection.
  • The product is being returned because of dissatisfaction with the design.
  • The product is being returned because of dissatisfaction with the color. 
  • The product was purchased as a gift and the customer wishes to return the product prior to giving the gift.

Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit

Returned products are not eligible for a refund or store credit when the returned product meets one or more of the following requirements:

  • Product was marked and sold "as is" or "final sale".
  • The product was used and/or washed and/or dried.
  • The product was returned without the original product packaging and a copy of the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • The return process was initiated 7 or more calendar days after the product delivery date to the customer.
  • The product was returned damaged.
  • The product was not returned with the tags and instructions originally affixed to, or provided in, the product and/or product packaging, or are no longer on and/or with the product.
  • The product returned cannot be resold for health reasons.
  • The customer failed to follow instructions and/or one or more steps in the return process.
  • Products stained by usage.

Additional Return Policy Information

Blue Angel Arts, LLC has elected to display a return and refund policy even though California Law does not require businesses to issue refunds or exchanges. 

California Civil Code § 1723 states businesses having a policy of not giving full refunds or credits, not allowing exchanges or any combination thereof for at least 7 days following the purchased of goods must display their return policy.

Per the California Attorney General's website, if retailers not accepting returns or refunds, providing limited refund or credit for returned items, not allowing an equal exchange for items, or any combination thereof, then the retailer must clearly display their policy at the point of sale.

By proceeding with the checkout process, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the Return Policy as part of using this site and as governed by the Terms of Service for this website.
