Where we welcome all to visit us, we are currently only accepting orders and deliveries within the United State and its territories. For international order and deliveries, contact the Blue Angel.
Delivery Methods & Rates
We use delivery services in the United States that provide tracking information for orders - rates may vary by vendor. Customers select default flat rate shipping or specify delivery company & options.
Delivery Tracking
When the delivery company provides a delivery tracking number, we provide our customers with the tracking number, delivery company name, and an online resource to track the delivery of the order.
Delivery Policy
This Delivery Policy outlines Blue Angel Arts' delivery practices and is governed by our Terms of Service. All deliveries are made once payment is received and cleared by the bank, transaction clearing house, or any other party receiving payment for products on behalf of Blue Angel Arts.
Shipping Options & Rates
By default, Blue Angel Arts will use UPS Ground and charge flat rate based on package size. Shipping prices will vary based on the number of items purchased, the location of delivery, and the customer's selection of urgency for delivery of the product.
Shipping & Handling Times
In this economy, the Blue Angel is busy working another job in addition to Blue Angel Arts. All orders placed prior to Friday noon Pacific Standard Time are processed weekly and dropped off at the delivery company on Saturday - you will be provided a tracking number for your shipment. Shipping times may vary based on delivery location or other things beyond the control of Blue Angel Arts. Blue Angel Arts is not responsible for delivery company processes and outcomes, including and not limited to weather impacting the delivery company or delivery company failure to deliver the package.
International Shipping Options
In general, Blue Angel Arts does not accept online international orders through its site. Should Blue Angel Arts accept international order any other way, the customer will be charged for the product and Blue Angel Arts will charge customers the cost of actual shipping. Shipping rates and timelines vary with each delivery company by distance, weight, and customer urgency. Blue Angel Arts is not responsible for delivery company processes and outcomes, including and not limited to weather impacting the delivery company or delivery company failure to deliver the package.
Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions
Blue Angel Arts will follow all applicable laws and regulations in the shipping of its products to consumers and is not responsible for the activities and outcomes produced by the delivery companies used to deliver the product.
Shipping Delays
Delivery companies may experience a myriad of events that can impact delivery of your purchase. When Blue Angel Arts becomes aware of any delivery delays to the customer, Blue Angel Arts will contact the customer advising them of the delay and provide carrier contact and tracking information. When Blue Angel Arts delivers products to the delivery company, control of the product and process to deliver the product solely lies in the delivery company's control - Blue Angel Arts is not responsible for delivery company processes and outcomes, including and not limited to weather impacting the delivery company or delivery company failure to deliver the package.
Defects: Faulty & Damaged Items
Where all companies strive to create a product free of imperfections, tie-dye products are known for color blending and splitting - Blue Angel Arts' definition of defect does not include color blending or splitting found in tie-dye products. The customer's purchase of tie-dye products signifies the customer accepts color blending and splitting found in tie-dye products. Where Blue Angel Art makes every effort to remove/resolve extended/bunched threads associated with hems or seems, extended/bunched threads are not considered applicable to faulty items as extended/bunched threads can reasonably be found in any fabric products purchased at retail chains.
Natural fibers shrink when washed incorrectly. Blue Angel Arts preshrinks fabric products prior to applying the dye process and will soon provide a generalized sizing chart in The Fitting Room of its website. Customers are responsible for utilizing the product dimensions to determine fit for size of product prior to product selection and purchase. Blue Angel Arts does not consider product shrinkage after delivery as a defect.
Blue Angel Arts recognizes defective products as one or more of the following, not caught in our quality control process, when the customer pulls the product out of the delivery package:
- A hole or tear in the product fabric encompassing one or more disconnected threads.
- Missing hem stiches on the delivered fabric product, causing fabric rolling - this does not apply to fabric products purchased by the yard.
- Dropped stiches on the delivered fabric, where the stich does not lock to the secondary thread.
Blue Angel Arts is committed to quality and will investigate defects prior to issuing any credit for the purchase. Should the customer believe they have a defective product, the Customer must notify Blue Angel Arts within 7 days of receipt of the delivery, at BlueAngel@blueangelarts.com, with the following documentation:
- Purchasing Customer's Name, delivery address, invoice, and contact information including phone number and email.
- Image of the Customer's government issues identification.
- Images of the front, back, and sides of the delivery packaging with a date stamp.
- A description of the defect(s) in the product.
- Supporting images of the defect(s) on the product with a date stamp.
Blue Angel Arts will investigate any product defects in good faith. Upon the outcome of the investigation, Blue Angel Arts will do one of the following:
- In the event the defect is not a result of Blue Angel Arts quality control process, Blue Angel will notify the customer of findings and their options for resolution.
- In the event the defect is a result of Blue Angel Arts quality control process, arrange product return with the customer to issue a refund or store credit.
Missing Item(s)
Blue Angel Arts considers missing item(s) to be one or more items delivery Blue Angel Arts uses nationally recognized and approved delivery companies to demonstrate its commitment to ensuring our customers receive their purchased products. Should a customer identify their order is missing a product, the Customer must notify Blue Angel Arts within 7 days of receipt of the delivery, in writing to BlueAngel@blueangelarts.com, the customer must provide the following:
- Purchasing Customer's Name, delivery address, invoice, and contact information including phone number and email
- Identification of the missing item(s)
- Image(s) of all items received in the delivery package.
Blue Angel Arts will investigate the concerns of missing items in good faith. Upon the outcome of the investigation, Blue Angel Arts will do one of the following:
- In the event the missing item is not a result of Blue Angel Arts quality control process, notify the customer of findings and their options for resolution.
- In the event the missing item is a result of Blue Angel Arts quality control process, arrange missing product delivery to the customer at no cost or issue a store credit to the customer.
Undelivered Items
Blue Angel Arts considers undelivered items as the delivery of a package the customer never receives - missing items in a received order are not considered undelivered items. Blue Angel Arts uses nationally recognized and approved delivery companies to demonstrate its commitment to ensuring our customers receive their purchased products. Blue Angel Arts will notify customers of delivery delays when the company becomes aware of the delivery delay by the delivery company.
Should a customer identify their order was not delivered by the delivery company, the Customer must notify Blue Angel Arts within 7 days of the stated delivery, in writing to BlueAngel@blueangelarts.com, the customer must provide the following:
- Purchasing Customer's Name, delivery address, invoice, and contact information including phone number and email.
- Delivery company tracking number.
- Image(s) of any communication between the delivery company and customer.
Blue Angel Arts will investigate the concerns of undelivered packages in good faith. Upon the outcome of the investigation, Blue Angel Arts will do one of the following:
- In the event the undelivered package is not a result of Blue Angel Arts actions, notify the customer of findings and their options for resolution.
- In the event the undelivered item is a result of Blue Angel Arts activity, arrange product delivery to the customer at no cost or issue a store credit to the customer.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Blue Angel Arts will accept the return of products, when the Customer has notified Blue Angel Arts within 7 days of receipt of the delivery, of their intention to return the product. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return the product unless otherwise stated in writing by Blue Angel Arts. Upon receipt of the returned product, Blue Angel Arts will inspect the product for defects and take the appropriate action based on its findings. Products returned to Blue Angel Arts and not containing a defect, will be subject to a $15 restocking fee - Blue Angel Arts will issue a refund or store credit in the amount of the invoice price of the product plus taxes, less the restocking fee.
